Fried Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon butter

    Whisk eggs in a bowl; add eggnog while whisking. Stir in salt.

    Melt butter in a small skillet over low heat. Pour in egg mixture, swirling pan to spread in an even layer. Cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes on each side; season with salt and pepper.

    A good variation on this recipe is to make French toast simply by soaking a bread of your choice in the mixture and then frying the bread.
