DIRECTIONS In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt; blend until smooth. Let batter rest while oven preheats to 425*.Place butter in a heavy, ovenproof skillet; place in hot oven for 1-2 minutes to melt (do not burn).
