Worlds Best French Toast

2⁄3 cupheavy cream
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
12 slicesFrench bread (sliced about 1/2 inch thick)
2 tablespoons spoon butter (for the griddle)
Heat Griddle to 350 degrees, melt butter to coat the top of griddle.
Mix Eggs / Cream / Vanilla in a bowl – beat well until smooth.
Mix in dry ingredients Flour / Sugar / Salt / Cinnamon – Beat again until well incorporated.
Dredge French Bread slices in Egg mixture turning once to ensure both sides are coated.
Cook on Griddle for 5 min per side turning once.
Serve with butter and your favorite syrup, I prefer real maple.
