  • 4 eggs
  • 23 cupheavy cream
  • 13 cupsugar
  • 13 cupflour
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 14 teaspoonsalt
  • 12 teaspooncinnamon
  • 12 slicesFrench bread (sliced about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons spoon butter (for the griddle)
  • Directions

  • Heat Griddle to 350 degrees, melt butter to coat the top of griddle.
  • Mix Eggs / Cream / Vanilla in a bowl – beat well until smooth.
  • Mix in dry ingredients Flour / Sugar / Salt / Cinnamon – Beat again until well incorporated.
  • Dredge French Bread slices in Egg mixture turning once to ensure both sides are coated.
  • Cook on Griddle for 5 min per side turning once.
  • Serve with butter and your favorite syrup, I prefer real maple.
