DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream butter in mixing bowl. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar and salt. Continue creaming until light and fluffy. Add nuts and vanilla extract. Blend in flour gradually and mix thoroughly.
Shape into balls using a teaspoonful for each cookie. Place on uncreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Do not brown.
Cool slightly. Roll cookies in additional confectioners’ sugar.
