Air Fryer Crispy Panko Shrimp
“Crispy, golden shrimp with a lot less fat and calories! Whip up a batch of the air fryer in minutes.”
3 egg whites
2 cupspanko breadcrumbs
1⁄2 teaspoonkosher salt
1⁄4 teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
1 lblarge shrimp (peeled and deveined, 24 shrimp)
canola oil cooking spray
Place egg whites in a bowl and whisk until frothy.
Place panko in a separate bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel.
Working in batches, dip shrimp into egg white, followed by panko, coating both sides.
Spray half the shrimp with oil spray, place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, turning once, until crisp and golden.
Using tongs, remove the shrimp from the basket and transfer to a plate.
Repeat with remaining shrimp.
