Combine all ingredients in a bowl or plastic bag. If you are making more than one, don’t increase the oil and salt proportionately. For three chops, for example, I use 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tbl oil. For herbs, I use a combination of what looks good, for example, rosemary, lemon thyme, English thyme, parsley, oregano, marjoram, chives – whatever looks good.
Let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature. You can also refrigerate overnight. Remove and let excess drip off.
Preheat air fryer to 360 deg F. Place chop in basket and cook 8 minutes. Turn over and cook another 8 minutes or whatever time you need to get to your desired doneness. This amount of time yields medium done chops in my AF, internal temperature of 155 deg F. Use a thermometer to check for doneness. Timing will depend on how well done you want your meat, how full your basket is, and the peculiarities of air flow in your fryer.
