Air Mail Cocktail


  • 1 fluid ounce light rum
  • ½ fluid ounce lime juice
  • ½ fluid ounce honey syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon chilled Champagne
  • Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine rum, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.


  • Editor's Note:

    Make honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and hot water and stirring until the honey is dissolved. Cool and store in an airtight container.
