Presentation #1 – If using a mandarin orange, peel the orange but leave intact. Carefully separate each orange segment so that the bottom is still held together by the membrane, creating a flower appearance.
Presentation #2 – If using a large orange, remove the skin but leave orange whole. Use a very sharp knife to cut rounds out of the orange.
For the flower presentation, sprinkle some orange or lemon juice over the top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon (more or less depending on what you like).
Sprinkle with powdered sugar (as much as you like). Do this right before serving so you can still see it.
