  • 3 avocados, peeled pitted and mashed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped, seeded and deveined
  • 12 cup diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 -4 garlic cloves, ran through a garlic mincer
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients above together and try to refrigerate it for an hour.The heat in the Jalapenos is in the white veins so if you take care to remove the white veins and seeds you’l get the flavor of the fresh jalapenos with overpowering heat.This recipe is heavy on the garlic (about 3x what was originally recommended) so if you aren’t a huge fan of garlic, try scaling that back.
  • Squeeze another lime over the mixture and remix.
