How do you make whipped coffee?
The beauty of whipped coffee lies in the fact it is really simple to make.
Everything is mixed together using equal measures of each ingredient.
All you need is two tablespoons of instant coffee, two of sugar, and two of hot water.
Mix them in a bowl for three to five minutes, until you notice the mixture forming peaks.
You can do this with a regular whisk or an electric hand mixer.
Once the liquid looks thick and frothy, that’s it!
Pour it into a glass with milk and ice, and add your toppings of choice.
What does whipped coffee taste like?
Whipped coffee looks so appealing that even people who don’t drink coffee are drawn in.
One twitter user said: “I don’t even like coffee but this looks delicious…”
And is it delicious? One scroll on social media seems to confirm that it is.
“Why have regular coffee that takes a minute to make and tastes good when you could have a whipped coffee that takes forever to make and lasts two minutes but tastes great?” one person said in a tweet.
Another confirmed: “The whipped coffee thing actually works and tastes amazing.”
However, others have complained that the drink is actually very unappealing.
Some have suggested that more sugar needs to be added than the recommended dose to make it taste nice.
