1 largehead of cabbage
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
16 ounces shredded cheese (your choice of sharpness)
8 ouncessour cream
1⁄2 cupbutter
1⁄2 cupmayonnaise
1 largesweet onion
6 ouncesFrench-fried onions
salt and pepper
Directions
Chop Cabbage and onion.
Boil together 10 minutes.
Strain and put back in pot.
Add mayonnaise,soups, sour cream, 1/2 stick melted butter, and 8 oz. cheese.
Mix well.
Spray 10.5 X 14.5 casserole dish with cooking spray.
Place all mixed ingredients in casserole dish.
Top with 8 oz shredded cheese, and French fried onions.
