Fre’s rosé is a “delicate, pink-hued wine, with lively strawberry and citrus flavors,” according to the website. “The palate is crisp and fruity, with ripe berry accents and a beautiful, refreshing finish.”

So how does it work? The alcohol is removed using a spinning cone that safe-guards the fragile wine aromas and flavors at low temperatures, then removes the alcohol at slightly higher temperatures. The wine essences are then reintroduced and blended with unfermented grape juice.

With less than 0.5 percent ABV, you can incorporate it into any of our rosé cocktail recipes or enjoy it alone—without fear of a hangover.

If you’re not into rosé, don’t worry: Fre makes seven other alcohol-free varieties, including Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, White Zinfandel, and Merlot.
