DirectionsToss strawberries in a medium bowl with balsamic vinegar; sprinkle with black pepper and toss.Divide berries into 4 small bowls atop ice cream, Creole cream cheese or Greek yogurt (optional). Sprinkle each serving with a few grains of sea salt. Serve.
