  • 1 12 tablespoons quality aged balsamic vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • sea salt (no iodized salt)
  • vanilla ice cream, Creole cream cheese (optional) or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Directions

  • Toss strawberries in a medium bowl with balsamic vinegar; sprinkle with black pepper and toss.
  • Divide berries into 4 small bowls atop ice cream, Creole cream cheese or Greek yogurt (optional). Sprinkle each serving with a few grains of sea salt. Serve.
