Zesty Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (16 ounce) package macaroni, cooked
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package monterey jack pepper cheese, cubed
  • 2 (10 3/4ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1cup minced onion
  • 12 cupsalsa
  • DIRECTIONS

  • Place macaroni and cheeses into a lightly greased slow cooker.
  • Stir in soup until coated well; add onion and salsa, if using.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 2 hours; stir every hour.
