Aldi’s Bourbon Cedar-Plank Salmon Just Hit Stores (and It’s Under $10!)

Although we’re big fans of grilling in the summer, we’re starting to get tired of the same old burgers and hot dogs. Thankfully, Aldi just released their Fresh Sweet Bourbon Atlantic Salmon for only $9.99 per pound. We’re excited for a new (and delicious!) way to get an omega-3 boost, and this bourbon-flavored salmon comes on a cedar plank that makes it ideal for throwing on the grill. 

What is the benefit of a cedar plank, you ask? For starters, it's a wonderful platform that prevents your salmon from flaking to its demise through the grates of your grill. Additionally, grilling on a plank infuses the salmon with a wonderful smoky cedar flavor (without adding any extra fat or salt).
