Duchess Of Sussex Invests Undiclosed Amount To A Woman-Owned Latte Company

Meghan Markle has invested in Clevr Brands, a brand known for their instant oat milk lattes that is female-founded and based in California. The Duchess of Sussex has held gender equality as a priority of her platform for years and her investment in Clevr is one way she is supporting female entrepreneurs.
Clevr started off as a pop-up coffee bar on the West Coast, and after a year of trials and formulations, the brand created a line of SuperLattes. The blends are made with oat milk and are available in flavors like matcha, chai, golden, and coffee. Clevr also sells gift bundles, a milk frother, and a travel mug that can all be purchased on their site. Cofounder and CEO Hannah Mendoza takes pride in Clevr’s ethically sourced ingredients and commitment to donating a percentage of profits to organizations fighting for food justice.
