  • 12 cupwater

    DIRECTIONS

  • Boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • Fry bacon until crisp. reserve drippings in pan. Drain bacon and set aside.
  • Cook onion in bacon drippings until crisp.
  • Add flour to onions and drippings, stir until smooth.
  • Add sugar, water, and vinegar to onions and flour, stir until thickened.
  • Stir in potatoes and bacon and heat through.
