Jillian Michael Says This Is the Key to Flat Abs
Jillian Michaels is 45 but her abs look about 20 years younger, proving age is just a number if you take care of your body. While mountain climbers and planks are great for increasing your core strength, Michaels says diet makes the biggest impact on drawing out those chiseled ab muscles. And one of her biggest tricks to getting a toned tummy has to do with alcohol.
"Don't drink too much alcohol," Michaels told POPSUGAR. "Really try to bring this to four drinks a week, tops."

More and more studies are finding that alcohol should be seen as more of a “treat,” and we’d be better of drinking less of it—or none at all. One 2018 study published in The Lancet found “the safe level of drinking is none.” While we aren’t suggesting you go cold turkey on your favorite glass of vino or cocktail, considering Michaels’ rule of no more than four drinks per week (or less!) could be better for your overall health (and your abs, apparently).
