Princess Charlene has said she finds it difficult to stick to a regimen because she frequently travels to events all around the world. Because the Princess cannot choose what she eats at royal events, she tries to choose the more wholesome options that are offered.
Charlene told Women’s Health South Africa that she tries to stick to three main foods: “I try to eat a lot of fish and fresh fruit and vegetables. And I drink a lot of water – it’s important to stay hydrated.”
The pescatarian claimed that she maintains her physical fitness by consuming a lot of fish as well as fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking a lot of water daily.
The former competitive swimmer now spends her days rushing from one royal event to another.
Women’s Health South Africa also claimed that she is not a huge admirer of the gym.
Despite this, Charlene has a toned physique, with observable muscles in her arms and legs.

Charlene, who is a mum to her twins, instructs children all over the world in swimming and CPR through her charity.

Charlene said: “As an athlete my training was explosive. Now I focus more on strength, core training and stability. You lose strength with age and I need to be strong so I can pick up my children and do my sport.”
