The training specialist said: “Fish is a great source of nutrients such as iodine and full proteins and healthy fats. Iodine is integral to efficient thyroid function, which maintains optimal metabolism levels.”

“However, if you’re someone who indulges in spicy food often you can build up a tolerance and the weight loss effects won’t work.”

Overall if you wish to see abdominal muscles, you’ll likely need to decrease your overall body fat which means losing weight.

This is done by putting your diet into a calorie deficit, meaning you will be burning more than you are consuming.
