Weight loss is not easy to achieve but looking to others for diet and exercise tips can help. One woman turned heads with her incredible transformation.
Eva, 32, first started to lose weight when she signed up for fitness classes.
Before that, the slimmer had rarely thought about her diet and exercise regimes.
She had worked as a hospitality professional for a hotel chain which saw her constantly travelling for work.
Her busy lifestyle meant Eva didn’t think she had time to focus on her frame.
When Covid hit, however, she was furloughed and found herself with a lot of time on her hands.
The dieter decided to focus on her lifestyle and signed up for classes with the fitness group F45.
She started taking classes at F45 Brixton and pushed through despite finding the first few classes difficult.
Eva mostly did the workouts from home due to coronavirus restrictions.
Despite not having all the equipment of a gym, she noticed the weight start to fall off.
Within eight months of regularly taking part in classes, she lost 2st 5lb.
Eva also slimmed down from a dress size 16 to healthy size 12.
The diet added she felt better mentally and noticed her mood improve.
Eva has now returned to work remotely and has continued to keep up with her workouts.
Those who use F45 can speed up results by signing up for the popular eight week challenge.
This involves combining a healthy diet plan with regular exercise.
Describing the plan, the F45 website states: “The F45 Challenge is a nutrition and training program focused on holistic well-being.
“The combination of F45’s style of training and the challenge meal plans are designed to help members transform their lives over the eight week period.”
The plan focuses on healthy and balanced meals that are high in protein.
Protein can help with weight loss results as it reduces hunger hormones and boosts satiety hormones.
This means slimmers will feel fuller for longer and are less likely to opt for unhealthy snacks.
