Woman reveals diet plan that helped her lose 3.6 stone and belly fat

Weight loss is tricky and diets come in all shapes and sizes that can be confusing. However, one diet that has become and remained hugely popular is the keto diet.

The keto diet, or ketogenic diet, is a high fat low carb plan that aims to put the body into ketosis.

An Instagram user and keto diet advocate Senitha Rim, 21, revealed how she lost over three stone.

She wrote on her Instagram account: “Feeling better and better everyday! I cannot stress this enough.”

She shared with Women’s Health her daily diet plan.

The Instagram user has also shared a number of things she eats to help boost her weight loss diet on the social media platform.

She posted a breakfast of an iced coffee with heavy cream and stevia, plus muffins made with egg and bacon.

She also showed off a surf and turf lunch of chicken and prawns with hot sauce on a bed of lettuce.

Another keto option she shared is a burger without bread, but covered in cheese and bacon, with lettuce and gherkins.

Keto diet meal plan

Breakfast: Iced coffee with cream, if she feels hungry

Lunch: Scrambled egg with spinach, side of bacon, and avocado

Snacks: Pickles, cheese, pepperoni and pork rinds

Dinner: Burger without the bun or chicken wings with ranch sauce

Dessert: Peanut butter fat bomb

She also uses intermittent fasting to lose weight. Senitha said: “I try to intermittent fast using the 16:8 plan, which involves not eating for 16 hours and eating in an 8-hour window.

“I usually drink tons of water during my fasting period.”

There are other forms of intermittent fasting, including the 5:2 diet.

What can you eat on a keto diet?

Keto diet food is food that is low in carbs.

This even includes cutting out some vegetables.

Food that is encouraged on the keto diet includes:

  • Cheese

What can you not eat on the keto diet?

Any food that is high in sugar (carbohydrates) is out on the keto diet.
