    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Cut bread into bite sized pieces.
  • Soften butter to mayonnaise consistency.
  • Put bread on a cookie sheet and toast till golden brown. About 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, add garlic and seasoning to butter, mix well and set aside.
  • Let bread cool completely.
  • Coat bread cubes gently in bowel with butter mixture.
  • put croutons back on baking sheet and bake another 8-10 minutes. .
  • Gently shake the pan to make sure all are browning correctly around halfway through baking. .
