  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 12 teaspoonssalt

  • 1 cup luke warm water
  • 14 cupnuts
  • 14 cupraisins
  • 14 cupsesame seeds
  • Directions

  • Proof yeast – yeast in 1/4 cup Luke warm water & teaspoon of sugar.
  • add flours, vital, salt, honey, seeds, raisins, nuts, olive oil into bread maker.
  • add proofed yeast.
  • water.
  • use 2lb loaf setting.
  • Select whole wheat bread setting.
  • start bread machine.
  • after kneading for a bit, verify enough liquid. If not add tablespoon or two of lukewarm water.
