  • 12slicesbread, buttered and toasted
  • 6lettuce leaves

    DIRECTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl, add the apples, raisins, ham, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Spread 1/2 cup apple mixture on 6 slices toast.
  • Place a lettuce leaf over the top and place the remaining bread slices over the sandwiches and serve.
