1 min keto mug bread


  1. 4 tbsp almond meal/flour
  2. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 tbsp olive oil
  5. Pinch salt


  1. Add all ingredients to mug and mix, will be very wet

  2. Microwave HIGH 1 min

  3. Tap the top to make sure it’s cooked, if not, then add another 20-30 seconds

  4. Turn mug upside down and let bread cool before slicing

  5. Can be toasted if desired for crispier texture
