1 min keto mug bread
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp almond meal/flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch salt
Steps
Add all ingredients to mug and mix, will be very wet
Microwave HIGH 1 min
Tap the top to make sure it’s cooked, if not, then add another 20-30 seconds
Turn mug upside down and let bread cool before slicing
Can be toasted if desired for crispier texture
