Adobong Pusit


  1. 100 g squid cleaned
  2. 1 medium onions chopped
  3. 4 cloves garlic chopped
  4. 1 big tomato chopped
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  8. to taste Salt and pepper
  9. 2 tbsp cooking oil


  1. Heat up the pan. Add cooking oil, sautee the garlic till it turns light brown. Now add up the onions for a min till it turns light. Put the tomatoes and bay leaf. Stir until it softens. Mashed up the tomatoes while stirring.

  2. Now put the squid and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Add up the soysauce, lemon. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy
