Alkaline – Vegetable Quinoa
- 1/2 cup Quinoa
- 1 Chopped zucchini and 1yellow squash
- 1 Chopped Chayote squash
- 4 Chopped assorted peppers and 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Red, yellow and green onions
- 2 tablespoons Grape seed oil
- Sea salt and cayenne pepper
Add quinoa to boiling spring water and let cook for 15 min or until desired consistency.
Sauté chopped veggies in grape seed oil
Add cooked quinoa, let simmer and stir occasionally. Enjoy!
