All in potato gratin
Had to use up some left vedge 🙂
Ingredients
- 3 good sized potatos
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tomato
- 8 mushrooms
- Pint milk
- Herb mix
- Grated cheese
- to taste Salt n pepper
- Tin flaked tuna
Steps
Slice everything up… and layer it all up
Mix up the herbs with milk and bring to the boil
Cook at 180′ for 90mins adding tuna for last 20 mins
Grate cheese and grill till browned. Let stand for 10mins.
