Baby Potato Pulao

Ingredients

  1. baby potatoes,
  2. For grinding: onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, mint leaves, tomato, red chili powder, coriander powder, curd
  3. Basmati rice, salt, oil, cumin seeds

Steps

  1. Heat the oil,add the skin peeled baby potato and fry in a low flame.

  2. Add cumin seeds in the potato and the paste from the grinding and allow it to cook in a medium flame for 10 mins

  3. Add basmati rice and required water,cook for 15 mints in low flame in a pressure cooker. Pan depending on the quantity with the weight inserted in.

  4. Serve hot.
