Bacon & Eggs
Simple sunny side up with pan grilled smoked back bacon slices with greens on the sides.
- 1 fresh egg
- 2/3 slices smoked back bacon
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh greens
- to taste Salt and pepper
Use one teaspoon of olive oil in heated pan, crack an egg and let it fry in low heat.
Once egg is done, add a tablespoon of olive oil and pan grill the bacon slices in low heat till it’s crispy brown on the edges.
Cut up some fresh greens, toss it in olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper for taste.
Have it on a slice of toast. Makes a quick breakfast meal.
