Basil Chicken & Pasta
- 16 oz Rotini Pasta
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cubed
- 6 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 4 tsp Dried Basil
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2-3/4 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain & set aside.
Heat a large skillet over med-high heat and add butter, garlic & chicken. Saute until chicken is fully cooked.
Add pepper, basil, cream & cheese. Heat to a simmer and cook until you have a creamy sauce.
Add pasta to skillet and toss to evenly coat and serve.
