Basil Chicken & Pasta

Ingredients

  1. 16 oz Rotini Pasta
  2. 2 tbsp Butter
  3. 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cubed
  4. 6 cloves Garlic, Minced
  5. 1 tsp Pepper
  6. 4 tsp Dried Basil
  7. 2 cups Heavy Cream
  8. 1/2-3/4 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Steps

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain & set aside.

  2. Heat a large skillet over med-high heat and add butter, garlic & chicken. Saute until chicken is fully cooked.

  3. Add pepper, basil, cream & cheese. Heat to a simmer and cook until you have a creamy sauce.

  4. Add pasta to skillet and toss to evenly coat and serve.
