Beef Tips and Gravy
- 1 lbs Beef Tips, Cubed
- 10 1/2 oz Beef Broth
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tsp Garlic, Minced
- 1/3 cup Cranberry Juice
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Onion Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- Cooked Rice or Egg Noodles
Add EVOO to skillet over med-high heat.
Add garlic to skillet and constantly stir for about 1 minute then add beef tips to the skillet and brown on all sides.
Stir in beef broth, cranberry juice, soy sauce & onion salt. Bring to a light boil then reduce heat to simmer.
Cover skillet and allow to simmer for 1 hour while stirring occasionally.
Mix water and cornstarch and slowly add to skillet in small portions stirring while it mixes in until the gravy thickens to your preference.
Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice or egg noodles.
