  1. 1.4 glass rice
  2. 1 onion
  3. 6 pieces chicken legs
  4. 2 badiyan flower
  5. 1 tea spoon ginger
  6. 1 tea spoon lehsan
  7. 1 tomato
  8. 1/2 packet biryani masla
  9. 1 table spoon sabit lal mirch
  10. 1 tea spoon kali mirch (lal mirch if 3 glass rice above)
  11. Salt to taste (3 tea spoons)
  12. 1 tea spoon garam masala
  13. 2 lemon juice
  14. Zarda color
  15. 2.8 glass water (double the rice)


  1. Add chicken in a bowl of water to boil and add lehsan, salt and let it boil for 2 hours.

  2. Add oil in another boil and add badiyan ky phul until you smell odour. Add onion to fried until brown.

  3. Add water in onions and add ginger, garlic and tomato in it let the water dry and smash tomatoes. Cook masala add water if desired and let it dry.

  4. Add chicken in it and add biryani masala, sabit lal mirch, lemon, garam masala, kali mirch and add chicken yakhni in it and mix well.

  5. Add rice in it and let the water to dry.

  6. Pick up after 10 mins and food color and apply pressure to fully dry the water.
