Butter Soy Sauce Corn Rice

Boil the corn with using microwave. And just easy stir fry with ingredients!

Ingredients

  1. 1 corn
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 2 tablespoons Japanese sake(cooking alcohol)
  4. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  5. some rice (for 2 people)
  6. some parsley

Steps

  1. Remove corn skin and beard. Wash it. Wrap it with a plastic and heat it for 5 minutes in the microwave (600w).

  2. Cut corn off the cob

  3. Put butter in a frying pan. Stir fry corn, soy sauce, sake and rice.

  4. Finish! Decorate some parsley on top.
