Carrot Fritters

Easy and tasty.


  1. 500 gr carrots, peeled and grated
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. ground black pepper
  5. 4 tbsp self-rising flour (regular AP should work fine as well)
  6. Oil for frying (2-3 tbsp per batch)


  1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Leave for five minutes or so.

  2. If it’s too runny, add more flour. If it’s too thick, add a bit of water.

  3. Heat oil in a pan. Scoop batter bit by bit and pan-fry until the color darkens.
