Casava Cake


  1. 4 Eggs
  2. 3 Sweetened Condensed Milk
  3. 3 Coconut cream
  4. 1 Tub Margarine
  5. 2 Tin Foil Containers
  6. 2 Casava Mixtures


  1. Crack 1 egg and add in condensed milk, coconut cream and the casava mixture in a large bowl until smooth

  2. Place 2 generous spoons of margarine in a bowl and microwave it until it’s melted. Add two spoons of margarine in the casava mix

  3. Brush Margarine all over the base of the tin container then add the casava mixture and bake it until golden

  4. Topping: Repeat step 1 but with 2 eggs and no casava mix

  5. When casava is baked golden, pour the topping over and bake until it browns, that’s when it’s done
