Cheesy chicken Dosa ♥

Ingredients
- Chicken 1 cup(chopped)
- 1 Teaspoon chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon chopped carrots
- 2 teaspoon chopped cucumber
- 1 cup full wheat flour
- 1 cheese bar (grated)
- 1 butter bar
- 1 teaspoon black paper
- Salt as required
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 2 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 piece egg
- 3 pieces Chopped Coriender leafs
- Water as required
Steps
In a bowl,put 1 cup of full wheat flour with salt as required with egg.Mix them with water and make a liquid dough.
In a frypan,brush some butter and heat it.In a big size spoon,take some dough and put them into frypan and round the pan with hand until the dough is shaped as a roti.In a medium flame,fry the roti and take out the roti to put a plate while it perfectly cooked.Make another roties with this same process.
In another frypan, put some butter and heat it.Then put chopped onions and garlic with salt into it.Fry them.When onions become lite brown,put chopped chicken into it.After 2 minutes,put black paper,soya sauce, tomato sauce and lemon juice into it and cook.
Stop the flame immediately and take the mixture in another bowl and wait until cool.Then put Coriender leafs, chopped carrots, chopped cucumber and grated cheese into it and mix them well. Mixchure is ready for dosa.
Take a roti and put some mixture into it and enjoy.
