Cheesy hash browns
- 1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, cut up
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine hash browns, butter, sour cream, soup, cheddar, salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon mixture into pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until top is lightly golden.
