Cheesy hash browns

Ingredients

  1. 1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
  2. 1/2 cup butter, cut up
  3. 2 cups sour cream
  4. 1 (10 3/4) can cream of mushroom soup
  5. 2 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In large bowl, combine hash browns, butter, sour cream, soup, cheddar, salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon mixture into pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until top is lightly golden.
