Chicken Schnitzel

Ingredients

  1. 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 1 cup bread crumbs
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 tsp cayenne
  6. 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1 1/2 tsp onion powder

Steps

  1. Dredge the chicken in flour and seasonings, egg, then breadcrumbs

  2. In a large pan, with olive oil, cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.

  3. The gravy is just chicken broth, thickened with a bit of flour, and some sour cream stirred in for creaminess.
