Classy yet so simple and easy to make
- Chicken breast fillet
- Black pepper
- slices Mushroom
- All purpose Flour
- All purpose Cream
Flattened the chicken breast fillet and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat pan with oil and butter.
Saute the mushrooms then add the small pieces of minced garlic. Set aside.
Dredged the flattened chicken breasts with flour and pan fry.
Add the cooked mushroom and garlic to the pan
Pour chicken broth into the pan and let is simmer.
After 2 mins, add the cream to thicken sauce. Let it simmer again for another 2 mins.
Add the chopped parsley to add aroma. Let it simmer for a minute.
