Chicken & stuffing casserole
Ingredients
- 3-4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Can cream of chicken
- Can cream of celery
- Can cream of mushroom
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoons parsley
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 box cornbread stuffing
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 stick butter melted
Steps
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Season chicken as you wish and cook till done and shred. I used Longhorns seasoning and pressure cooked my chicken
Mix all cream soups, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder
Stir in chicken, vegetables and cheese
Place in a greased 13×9 inch dish
Top with fried onions and then stuffing
Melt butter and mix with broth and pour evenly on top
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until done
