Chicken & stuffing casserole

Ingredients

  1. 3-4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. Can cream of chicken
  3. Can cream of celery
  4. Can cream of mushroom
  5. 1 cup sour cream
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and garlic powder
  7. 1 Tablespoons parsley
  8. 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  9. 1 cup shredded cheese
  10. 1 box cornbread stuffing
  11. 1 cup French fried onions
  12. 1 cup chicken broth
  13. 1/2 stick butter melted

Steps

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Season chicken as you wish and cook till done and shred. I used Longhorns seasoning and pressure cooked my chicken

  3. Mix all cream soups, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder

  4. Stir in chicken, vegetables and cheese

  5. Place in a greased 13×9 inch dish

  6. Top with fried onions and then stuffing

  7. Melt butter and mix with broth and pour evenly on top

  8. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until done
