Chickpea And Spinach With Mozzarella Cheese And Anchovies

  1. 1 can chickpea
  2. 1/2 cup spinach
  3. 1 can Anchovies
  4. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  5. dash Of turmeric powder
  6. Dash salt
  7. 4 lightly butter bread


  1. Dry pan fry the chickpea then sprinkle a dash turmeric powder and lightly salt it for 2 minutes then set aside

  2. Put generously the turmeric chickpea and spinach TOP with Mozzarella cheese and anchovies with half it’s oil then bake it till it’s cheese are melt.

  3. Once ready TOP the balance of the anchovies oil and serve..
