Chinese rice cake with coconut


  1. 200 gr Chinese rice cake
  2. 100 gr shredded coconut
  3. 1 pinch salt
  4. 1 Pandan leaves, washed and dreid then tied a into a knot


  1. Cut the room temperature rice cake into bite size

  2. Steamed the shreded coconut with pandan and add salt, mix well

  3. Slowly roll the rice cake onto the plate of shredded coconut and serve
