Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup melted butter
  2. 2 tablespoons canola oil
  3. 1 cup white sugar
  4. 1 cup brown sugar
  5. 4 eggs @ room temperature
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. 1 cup all purpose flour
  8. 1 cup organic cocoa powder
  9. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  10. 7 oz or 200g chocolate chunks/chips

Steps

  1. Pre-heat oven at 350F

  2. Mix butter, oil and sugar until dissolved

  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract

  4. Mix Sifted flour, cocoa powder and salt then fold into wet ingredients. Do not over beat

  5. Fold chocolates and walnuts

  6. Bake in a square pan for 25-30min. Do not over bake to remain moist
