Coloured fluffy vanilla and chocolate cupcakes

Ever since I was in primary school, I loved cooking. just watching my parents and family cook I would learn. sometimes watching videos and trying them out made me love how I bake and cook so this one of the recipes I learnt all by myself.

Ingredients

  1. 400 g plain flour
  2. 100 g cornflour
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 180 g white sugar
  5. 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  6. cooking chocolate
  7. raisins(optional)
  8. sprinkles
  9. cupcake cases
  10. 200 g butter
  11. 150 g milk

Steps

  1. Preheat oven at 180degrees Celsius.

  2. Sift flour and cornflour three times and set it aside. beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until mixture becomes fluffy and white.

  3. Beat the eggs in the mixture one by one and mix.add the vanilla essence and the sifted flour and cornflour bit by bit. if mixture becomes hard add in milk to make the dough soft. you can add raisins if you like.

  4. Divide the dough and add in different colours.

  5. Place the cupcake cases in the baking tin and put mixture using a spoon into the cupcake cases.

  6. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. when they are done take them out and leave them to cool.melt the chocolate in a pot and take cone cupcake at a time and dip in the chocolate and sprinkle the 100s of 1000s or chocolate chips on top.
