Congee from Mulan

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup jasmine rice
  2. 6 cups water
  3. 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  4. Bacon for mouth
  5. 2 Fried eggs for eyes
  6. to taste Salt, pepper, garlic salt

Steps

  1. In pressure cooker or instant pot add rice, water, bouillon cubes. Set on low for 30 mins with a 2 minutes natural release then a quick release.

  2. After rice is done add the seasonings. (mix)

  3. 10mins before rice is done start cooking the bacon and eggs

  4. In a bowl put the rice in then build the face.

  5. Notes- I used turkey bacon so it was hard to make a smile.
