Dry Indomie with egg


  1. 2 packs Indomie Noddles
  2. 100 ml water
  3. 1 big green ball pepper
  4. 2 eggs
  5. Curry and thyme
  6. 1 tbl spn oil
  7. 2 medium size red pepper
  8. 1 small onion
  9. Little paste of ginger and garlic


  1. Blend your red pepper and onion 1st to make a fine paste

  2. Then boil your water in a small pot, add your blended paste to the boiling water and allow for 30sec

  3. Slice your green ball pepper and any other veggies of your choice

  4. Add your Noddles, the oil and slice veggies to the pot and allow to cook for 10min

  5. In a diff pot boil your eggs and peel off the back

  6. Voila your Noddles ar ready serve wit chilled drink or tea
