Dry Rubbed Ribs!
This is a super simple recipe. It takes a few minutes to prepare (no more than 10 min) and the rest is made by the oven!

- 2 Rib Racks
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder with Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Yellow Curry
- To Taste Salt
Wash the ribs with plenty of water. Place them on a baking tray.
Mix all the dry ingredients to prepare the rub, except from the sugar.
Rub the ribs.
Spread the sugar over the rubbed ribs. This will give them a nice sweet crust.
Bake the ribs for 30 min at 350 Fahrenheit, increase the heat and bake for 30 more min at 450 Fahrenheit and increase one more time the heat to 530 Fahrenheit for 20 more min. Serve and enjoy!
