DIRECTIONS Beat Brown Sugar and Butter Together. Mix In Eggs. Add Soda, Sour Milk and Vanilla. Mix Well. Add Bananas and Mix in Well — There should NOT be Chunks. Stir in Flour and Oatmeal and Salt (if using). Add Nuts and/or Raisins if Desired — I always add Raisins. Fill well Greased Muffin Cups with 1/3 Cup of Batter. IF you add nuts and raisins you may have more than 12 Muffin Cups of Batter. OR. Fill 1 Greased Bread Pan about 2/3 full of Batter. For Muffins:Bake 25 Minutes at 325 degrees.
